Chimney Rebuild
Description:

NY State Parks & Recreation (Taconic Region) is seeking interested contractors for the rebuild of a historic chimney located in Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park in Staatsburg, NY.

The chimney must be restored to working order, including rebuilding flue with new tile, repair and sealing of the smoke chamber, rebuild of masonry, and a stainless steel rain cap.

This is a prevailing wage job and will be conducted according to NY State Finance Law.
