Description:

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the removal of one (1) existing Coldzone Enviro-thermo condensing unit, Model #ETHN-3 and the installation of five (5) new individual condensing units on the roof of the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center (UCLEC) at 380 Boulevard, Kingston, NY 12401, for the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. The five (5) new condensing units will provide service to three (3) kitchen coolers and two (2) kitchen freezers.

Due Date: 05/18/2023 3:00 PM

Contract Term: Date of award to satisfactory completion and acceptance by Ulster County of the installation or December 31, 2023 whichever occurs first.
