RIOC solicits proposals from a licensed and qualified full-service electrical contractor to provide electrical services on an as needed basis. RIOC intends to utilize the Contractor when small projects (estimated to be less than $25,000) cannot be performed in-house or when the complexity of the project requires additional expertise. On-call work will be performed on an as-needed basis, as requested by RIOC. All work performed in this capacity shall be under the direction of Senior Director of Engineering or its designee.
