NFTA seeks bids for the purchase, delivery, and acceptance of 140 rail car wheels as shown on the drawings listed in the IFB specifications. The rail car wheels will be purchased over a two-year period; 70 will be purchased in year 1 and the remaining quantity will be purchased in year two. It is the intent to issue a PO with requests for periodic releases issued over the term of the two-year agreement.
