Background: NYSTRS currently maintains a mobile application presence on both the IOS and Android platform. This application presents select information regarding high-level retirement tier information, released publications, seminar scheduling/locations, and other select static information. As of current, we do not have the in-house expertise to rewrite the entirety of the application in an easily maintainable, well-supported environment. We would be seeking a rewrite of the existing app that includes additional functionality allowing for members to view data that is tailored to their individual service situation alongside select static content.

This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and should not be interpreted as a solicitation for bids on the part of NYSTRS. No contracts will beawarded based on RFI submissions. Responding or not responding to this RFI does not preclude a vendor from bidding on any future solicitations.
