Westchester Medical Center (“WMC”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP) to invite interested vendors (“vendors” or “Vendors” or “proposers”) to submit proposals to provide safe, reliable, cost effective and timely air transport for organ recovery teams and/or organs to and from Westchester Medical Center to any various destinations in the United States.
