The Trust for Governors Island, the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by the City of New York responsible for the planning, operations, and ongoing development Governors Island, is seeking on-call owner's representative services for capital projects on the island. The owner's rep will provide staff support for capital projects ranging from discrete tasks to the full life cycle of a capital project. Project types will range from island-wide infrastructure and utilities upgrades to discrete building restorations, as well as maritime engineering and construction.
