There is a Project Labor Agreement in place for this project.
Pre-bid walkthroughs will be on December 14th, 2023 at 1 pm at Gaskill Prep and December 15th, 2023 at 1 pm at LaSalle Prep.
Apparent low bidders shall make themselves available January 15th, 2024 through January 18th, 2024, for mandatory descope meetings. Descopes will be scheduled by CM.
This project requires a refundable fee of $25 made payable to City School District of the City of Niagara Falls.
