Housing First Scattered Site Supportive Housing for Homeless Adults in Orange and Dutchess Counties

The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is committed to investing in community-based housing that supports individuals currently experiencing homelessness.

Based on the need for more supportive housing opportunities to support this mission, OMH is announcing this RFP for the development and operation of one Housing First Supportive Housing program. The housing will serve individuals currently experiencing homelessness in Orange and Dutchess Counties.

Mental health or other diagnostic criteria not required to access this program.
