New York City Deferred Compensation Plan The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide active Intermediate Fixed Income investment management services for the Stable Income Fund (“the Fund”) investment option of the Plan. The Plan is seeking qualified vendors to manage a portfolio against the Barclays Intermediate Aggregate Index. The objective of the Fund is to provide an opportunity to invest in high quality fixed income securities with an emphasis on safety of principal and consistency of returns.
