This contract procurement will provide planning and engineering services to support the mandated Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program and required deliverables such as implementing a post construction compliance monitoring program, waterbody reclassifications and use attainability analysis, and supporting PlaNYC goals to develop a long-term plan to further reduce CSO and attain applicable water quality standards with the ultimate goal of eliminating CSOs by CY2060.
