A mandatory pre-bid submission conference will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 3rd, via Brooklyn Navy Yard Offices, 141 Flushing Avenue, Building 77 Suite 801, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11205. Failure to attend will result in disqualification. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must attend the meeting. All attendees must rsvp by sending an email to dmagdich@bnydc.org
Professional services for oversight of the Elevator Maintenance Program of 50 vertical transportation devices, including witnessing Category 1 and Category 5 testing and PVT inspection. Bid documents are availabe at the Brooklyn Navy Yard website under the "Jobs" heading. A pre-bid meeting will take place at the Navy Yard offices on Tuesday, January 3rd at 11:00 AM. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is mandatory to participate in this bid. Subsequent to the pre-bid meeting, a brief walkthrough of a selection of devices will take place.
