ACS' Division of Financial Services (DFS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide audit review, fiscal monitoring, risk management, and technical support services to achieve the aforementioned objectives in addition to auditing, accounting, and analytical consultant services to conduct audit reviews and audits of contracts as identified by the DFS. The contractor will be expected to provide ACS with auditors, accountants, and business analysts who possess the qualification and experience to achieve these objectives. Anticipated Contract Terms 7/1/2024 – 9/30/2029 with options to renew for two (2) additional four (4) year terms. Anticipated Funding and Payment Structure Anticipated total maximum available funding is $20,965,777. Maximum funding by year is: Year 1: $3,949,000 Year 2: $4,067,470 Year 3: $4,189,494 Year 4: $4,315,179 Year 5: $4,444,634 Estimated number of contracts: One (1) Payment structure: Contractors will be reimbursed using a rate structure based on hourly billing. Proposers may not propose an annual budget above the maximum available annual funding. This procurement will have an M/WBE goal of 30%.
