The 99 Plymouth Building houses Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s Education Center. The project includes the reconfiguration and expansion of the Conservancy’s classroom into the compactor room, adding a bathroom at the back of the classroom, relocating the compactor to the exterior of the building, removing the compactor door, infilling the cavity wall, expanding the existing office into the locker rooms and meeting room, and expand the kitchen into the muster area. The selected bidder will become the Architect of Record for the new kitchen, office space, and classroom and will work closely with Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Park Design Team.
