This contract provides for furnishing all labor and materials and equipment, together with all work incidental thereto necessary or required for the reconstruction of sidewalks damaged by adjacent city-owned trees in the Borough of Brooklyn, as directed by the Agency (NYC Parks and Recreation).This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the CSB, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page and click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the CSB, insert the EPIN, 84622B0046, into the Keyword search field. In order to respond to the CSB, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. If applying for an MWBE Waiver, you must submit the completed Schedule B to Delangy Martinez, MWBE Program Manager at delangy.martinez@parks.nyc.gov by Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
