NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for Wayne County – Hall of Justice Roof Recover project located at 54 Broad Street, Lyons, NY 14489.
Project Summary:
Wayne County is looking to award a Single Prime Contract to add insulation and a new modified bitumen roofing system over the existing EPDM roofing system that has exceeded the life of its warranty period. Work includes the primary roof surface and also roof recovery at the roofs of an exit stair penthouse and the main entrance canopy.
Project scope includes removal and replacement of roof paver walk areas, and also flashing around mechanical and electrical penetrations and curbs as well as several smoke hatches and a railing.
Such sealed bids must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:30 PM. prevailing time on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read.
There will be a “Bidders Tour” of the facility to answer any questions Bidders may have. The “Bidders Tour” will be held on Friday, April 19th, 2024 @ 9:00 AM. Bidders shall meet at the front door of the Wayne Department of Social Services building located at 54 Broad Street, Lyons, New York 14489.
ALL PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024.
