NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for Wayne County Courthouse Boardroom Audio/Video Improvement Project at 26 Church Street. Lyons, NY 14489. Project scope of work includes but not limited furnishing, installing, setting up and testing a complete boardroom video and audio content presentation and streaming system. The system shall be able to live-stream boardroom meetings including AV presentations, camera views, and room microphones.

Such sealed bids must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday July 13th 2023, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read.

There will be a “Bidders Tour” of the facilities to answer any questions Bidders may have. The “Bidders Tour” will be held in the 2nd floor boardroom located Wayne County Courthouse 26 Church Street, Lyons, NY 14489 on Friday, June 23rd @ 10:00am. For directions call (315) 946-5830

NOTICE:

The County of Wayne shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Purchasing Department.

Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

It is HIGHLY suggested that all vendors interested in participating in this bid, contact the Purchasing Department directly at the above address or telephone number to assure they have received the most accurate and up-to-date material concerning this contract.

The County does not offer or supply anyone the list of people that have obtained a copy of these bid specifications or cost estimates for the project prior to the opening of the bid. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
