All bidders are responsible for obtaining any addenda issued and posted to www.dasny.org in relation to this Bid.

The installing firm shall have not less than ten years of experience with the installation of similar fabricated signs and shall submit listings of five prior projects of similar scale within the last five years, and include Owner references.

Installers should be professionally training and certified.

Installation shall comply with all applicable municipal and building codes, and current ADA standards for accessible design. Any site conditions that create conflicts with the signage location shall be brought to the attention of the DASNY Interior Designer, before installing.

Contacts made to other Dormitory Authority personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the Offerer and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State of New York.
