All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall clearly be marked "Sealed Bid for Public Safety Car Parts and Accessories.” E-mailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the 11:00 AM submission deadline in Room 303A of the Livingston County Government Center.
