The City is seeking proposals for arts education, literary arts, performing arts and visual arts. Selected respondents will enter into an agreement with the City as consultants to implement the proposed programming and/or projects. Respondents can request one of three options: $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000. Programming and projects must be located within the city of Rochester in order to be eligible. Please note that location within the city is defined by the boundary of the city, not a Rochester ZIP code. In order to provide the City with an opportunity to discuss the RFP and Respondents with an opportunity to ask questions and clarify the RFP, a pre-proposal information session will be held virtually on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 11:00 am . Questions and the responding answers will be sent via e-mail to all Respondents who have provided an e-mail address to the Project Manager (Heather Anderson) and will be posted on this webpage.
