Description

This is a Solicitation Notice: The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) seeks to purchase compressed White Pine wood shavings. Shavings shall be kiln dried for use as animal bedding by the New York Animal Import Center (NYAIC), the location for delivery is: USDA – APHIS Veterinary Services, New York Animal Import Center, 474 International Blvd, Rock Tavern, NY 12575.



The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the work referenced above. It is anticipated that a single award will be made.



This requirement is a total Small Business (SB) Set Aside and shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible small businesses, which is to be awarded as a fixed price contract.



Proposals will be due by 3:00PM EST, April 25, 2023.



Please ensure to fill out the 1449 for responsiveness.



NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO CONTRACTORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR AMENDMENTS.
