Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veteran Integrated System Network (VISN) 2, Western New York, Buffalo and Batavia VA Medical Centers established an ongoing requirement for:
Buffalo rental of one (1) 6000 Gallon Vertical Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen Tanks and one (1) 1500 Gallon backup tank
Batavia rental of one (1) 1500 Gallon Vertical Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen Tank and 10 (ten) H-size tanks as backup.
and the supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen. The Government facilities does not own their own bulk oxygen tank systems, the contractor shall provide a contractor-owned tank system with an appropriate backup system (i.e., reserve tank or cylinder bank). The contractor shall provide all needed components to support a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medical grade bulk liquid oxygen tank system in compliance with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 99: Health Care Facilities Code. Additionally, the contractor must utilize an off-site, automatic monitoring system (telemetry system) that independently monitors the system and notifies the contractor when refills are required.
