MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND



MICC-West Point intends to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: "Only one responsible source and no other supplies / services will satisfy the agency’s requirements." The applicable NAICS Code is 335999- All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment & Component Manufacturing.





This is not a Request for Quotes nor a Solicitation for Offers. No solicitation package will be available.
