This amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation 36C24224Q0327answers the following vendor question.

If an A/E firm were to pursue and be awarded the above IDIQ contract, would the firm then be precluded from pursuing any design projects that may utilize this IDIQ contract for air monitoring or material sampling services?

Answer: As there is no conflict of interest created, an A/E firm would not be precluded from pursuing any design projects that may utilize this IDIQ contract for air monitoring or material sampling services.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
