The New York National Guard is requesting 22 (QTY) - 53' Dry enclosed trailers to be delivered/ dropped off at (13) various locations with in NY state on 1 JUNE 2023 for use of storage for through September and then be picked back up by vendor at various locations with in NY state.

All details of trailer delivery and pick up locations is listed in the attached SOW.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ and be registered in SAM at www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 22 MAY 2023 12:00 p.m. ET via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@army.mil.

This solicitation is being posted as full and open competition under NAICs 484121.

52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
