This is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing.

The Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 and the Batavia VA Medical Center 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia NY 14020 have a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) providing air monitoring services for asbestos and testing for asbestos containing material services in support of demolition, abatement, general construction, and repair services at both locations. The contractor shall be EPA Model Accreditation Plan (MAP) certified and all work shall be performed under the supervision of a Certified Industrial Hygienist in accordance with applicable NFPA, NEC, JCAHO, OSHA, ANSI, ASHRAE, AHERA, NIOSH and NYSDOL regulations. The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, services, supervision and facilities to perform, accomplish, and deliver the required services detailed in this scope of work.

The NAICS Code is 562910 "REMEDIATION SERVICES", with a size standard of $25M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
