AMENDMENT 1: The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is amended as follows:
The following quote sumbission requirement is added: If the Offeror is a Large Business and is not performing 100% of the work, a subcontracting plan is required IAW FAR 52.219-9, Small Business Subcontracting Plan, and shall be submitted with the Offeror’s quote.
Add PWS paragraph 1.11, Subcontract Management.

END OF AMENDMENT 1
Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Air Ambulance Services (Rotary Wing) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits (TEs) A and B. See attached document CSS_W911S224U6007 for the PWS and all applicable FAR, DFARS, and AFARS clauses and provisions.
The Contractor shall provide services under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Title 14 CFR Part 135, Helicopter Air Ambulance. Contractor shall provide Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS) care. Transport frequency will vary based upon training density on the ranges, number of medical evacuations and other transportation services rendered. During a standby or actual response, there will be interaction with other transportation services provided by the government, Ambulances and Field Litter Ambulances (FLAs). The Contractor shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including all Federal holidays. The Government will provide hangar space and sleeping quarters. The Contractor shall provide fully qualified Pilots, Paramedics, Flight Nurses, and helicopter mechanics.
