The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at the New York Air Route Traffic Control Center (NY ARTCC/ Code ZNY) located at 4205 Johnson Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 and the Morristown Air Traffic Control Tower (MMU) located at 1 Airport Rd, Morristown, NJ 07960.

This is a firm, fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business for a base plus 4-one year options.

Base 07/01/2023 – 06/30/2024

Option 1 07/01/2024 - 06/30/2025

Option 2 07/01/2025 - 06/30/2026

Option 3 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027

Option 4 07/01/2027 - 06/30/2028

The contractor must furnish all personnel, labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, training/certifications, and other items necessary to provide the janitorial services and must be in accordance with FAA SOWs and DOL Wage Determinations.

Any responses received after the closing date and time, may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
