General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Northern Boundary: Rockaway Blvd./Belt Parkway South Southern Boundary: Jamaica Bay West Western Boundary: Belt Parkway/Leffret Blvd. Eastern Boundary: Brookville Blvd./Rockaway Blvd North: South Conduit Ave from Leffert Blvd to Rockaway Blvd, East: Rockaway Blvd to Brookville Blvd through the Head of Jamacia Bay, South- Jamaica Bay to Bergen Basin, West- Bergen Basin to Lefferts Blvd. An Opportunity Zone Map is inclusive of the Rockaways, Areas North of JFK Airport, areas west of Cross Bay Blvd., Jamaica Ave., and Rockaway Parkway, and areas north of Linden Blvd.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
Four contiguous blocks of space shall be housed under one lease in the offered space. The space is to be demised as follows: 8,704 ABOA; 7,007 ABOA; 953 ABOA and 1,074 ABOA. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
