Description
The Readjustment Counseling Services (RSC), District 1, is looking for lease space in the greater Buffalo, NY area. The request for space is for 4,500-5,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) for a Veterans Center. The Request for Lease Proposal will be released on 4/24/2023. All inquiries shall be directed to Robert Dickerson, Lease Contract Specialist, or Jonathan Aikin, Lease Contracting officer. This will be a 20 year lease with 5 years firm with no termination rights, and 15 years soft term with termination rights.
