Description
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215. The VA Medical center has a requirement to remove non-ACM floor and wall tiles and demolish the interior masonry walls. All demolition materials shall be disposed in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The VAWNYHS requires a Contractor to perform the demolition work necessary to accomplish this goal.
The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. VAAR 836.204| Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The VA will issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on or about 5/5/2023 via Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov/. A site visit will be scheduled, and the date/time/location will be provided with the solicitation.
