Notice of Intent to Sole Source Copper Paint Covers and Handcrank Hole Plugs

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203, is posted by the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAR) in support of the Department of the Army intents to issue a proposed contract action to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under authority of FAR 6.302.

The proposed procurement is to procure Satellite Copper Paint Covers and Handcrank Hole Plugs.

Period of Performance:

A single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) five (5) year contract (one (1) base-year, plus four (4) option years).

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

This is NOT a request for quote.
