The Offeror shall furnish and deliver a Unit Substation in accordance with RFQ Enclosure A1 - Shop Drawings Medium Voltage Switchgear Assembly and RFQ Enclosure A2 - Shop Drawings Medium Voltage Switches.
Equipment delivery and ancillary services must be completed by December 30, 2025.
