This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is for the purchase of Aircraft Wash for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 333998 and the size standard is 700 employees. Solicitation number F9E2MX3137AW01 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective 2 JUN 23. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.

This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1.

Item must have onboard air compressor @min. 24CFM &120PSI &foam system @Min. 50GPM. Must contain water holding tank with at least 450 Ga capacity. Wash cart must be fully enclosed. System must be T.O. 1-1-691 Compliant. Min of 2 rinse wands @ 8 GPM each while both in use. Must have auto freezing protection& Winterization from control panel. Must have built in heater coils.
