Services Non-personel: Emergency requirement to replace non-functioning boilers in Bldg.101. Contractor will replace 3 existing unit heaters and service boilers in building 101. The existing unit heaters experienced breaks in coils during the extreme temperatures and corresponding power outage resulting from Winter Storm Elliott. The boilers failed to turn on when power was restored and therefore lead to freezing temperatures and frozen lines. The boilers shall be serviced to ensure there are no breaks in service when power is circulating throughout the building and the broken heater require immediate replacement. This requires immediate attention to restore heat capability to this base asset. Site visit Friday December 30, 2022 @12:00pm EST. Bids will be due Friday December 30, 2022 @ 4:00pm EST. Winning vendor MUST have the ability to mobilize by NLT Saturday December 31st, 2022. Award will be made to the vendor that can meet these requirements, the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and is the lowest cost to the government.
Wage determination 2015-4159, revision #20 applies to this contract.
