The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a Digital Workstation. All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on Page 3 of the attached Solicitation (SF1449).
The NAICS Code Qualifier is 334111; SBA Size is 1250 employees.
All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. The following documents must be submitted with your bids:
1. SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below)
2. Company Quote
The SF1449 is attached in 2 formats for your convenience (WORD – and – PDF). However, you only need to complete ONE. It must be completed as follows…
PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be signed / dated; will not accept w/o it) - - Digital Card signature is acceptable.
PAGE 3: The Unit Price -and- Amount Total
PAGE 6: On Clause# 52.204-8…
a. SCROLL DOWN and check the slot that says “Paragraph (d) applies”. Do NOT fill anything else if you checked it. It means your company is registered in SAM.gov.
b. If you’re not fully registered in SAM.gov, you must check the slot that says ““Paragraph (d) does not apply” and complete the ENTIRE document.
NOTE 1: You must submit your own company quote. However, it must be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions)
NOTE 2: If you add SHIPPING COSTS, it must be INCLUDED into the cost of the item -and- the quote must be FOB DESTINATION. We will not be able to accept a quote it if it's FOB ORIGIN.
NOTE 3: Any interested party that believes can meet our requirement must do so in accordance with the specific info from PAGE 3 of the Solicitation (SF1449). Please do not submit quotes with “Upgrades”, “Better Version”, nor “Newer Models”. Do not make changes, recommendations, nor provide quotes with specs that do not match what we specifically requested. Failure to follow these detailed instructions will be seen as “Non-Responsive, which means you could very easily be excluded as a potential source.
All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:
1. Full Company Name and Address
2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI)
3. CAGE Code
4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”)
5. NAICS Code(s) (must be registered with NAICS 334111)
6. Business Size (must be registered as a "Small Business")
7. Company POC, Email, Phone#
