Description

This action was not awarded competitevly due not only the urgency of the need and Sole source justification given

by WVA Adam Gagliardi Using the Autority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), he determined through prior knowlegde and research that Rolfe Industries Inc. is a reliable company in providing site specific and applicable engineering for pump applications. Rolfe is also supplying the current sump pumps for the Watervliet Arsenal Surface Finishing Operations Division, which enables them to be familar for swift completion.
