***This solicitation is amended to post questions and answers and attach the revised Statement of Work (SOW) and FAR 13 Brand Name Justification.***



The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Acquisition and Asset Management Division (AAMD) is requesting firm fixed price (FFP) quotes for a MVE 1536P-190 LN2 Freezer (quantity - 1) and installation for the Plum Island Animal Disease Center, 40550 Route 25, Orient Point, NY 11957 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.



Questions must be submitted in writing via email to stephen.tees@usda.gov and are due by 19 July 2023 at 10:00 AM EST, telephonic inquiries will not be answered.



This is a brand name requirement, please see the attached brand name justification.



This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures and the Buy American Act applies to this procurement.



Delivery is 30 days after receipt of award.



Award will be made on the basis of best value with price and other factors considered.
