SYNOPSIS

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Gym Equipment at West Point, NY.

The Delivery Date is for 1 May 2023.

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 Employees and the PSC of 7810, Athletic and Sporting Equipment.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.
