Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

All quoters shall submit the following:

One (1) copy of their offer.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.

The following are the decision factors:

Basis for Award. The Government will issue a delivery order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the brand name solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes that meet this requirement will be evaluated on price alone.

(b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.

1.0 OFFER SUBMISSION

Total price will be evaluated by the Government. Proposed price should reflect a clear understanding of the requirements and is consistent with the various elements of the offer.

A completed copy of the Item tab in the attached Excel 36C24223Q0924 line items file must be submitted with all offers. Offerors are required to fill in Unit Price, Manufacturer Part Number., Item Part Number., and Original Equipment Manufacturer s Name.
