Description

GSA is seeking 17,434 ABOA, 20,049 RSF of office space in Queens, NY for 180 months full, 120 months firm. The following requirements must be met:




  • The office space must be located on or next to JFK airport. See attachment for the approved delineated area.

  • The office building must be able to provide 25 surface level parking spaces for the Government's use. See attachment for the approved delineated area.

  • The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
