Description

1 EACH, GFM RX-70 Radial Forge, Contractor will be responsible for the provision of one turn key install of a GFM

RX-70 type Radial Forge machine per WVA Scope of Work 02-22-3695.



This is being procured on a sole source basis. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”
