Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) New York Field Office intends to sole source a facility project to the landlord. This will be awarded under FAR part 13 and FAR part 12. Please see the attached sole source justification.



Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. All capabilities statements shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Samantha Schottler slschottler@fbi.gov by email before April 20, 2023 at 10 AM EST. All capability statements must be received before the closing time.
