SYNOPSIS

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Compressor at West Point, NY.

The Delivery Date is for 1 September 2023.

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 333912 – Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 Employees and FSC/PSC is N043.

In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.

The solicitation for the SCBA Compressor, W911SD-23-R-0083, will be issued in electronic format only on or about March 10, 2023 and will be available on the GSA ebuy website at: https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/.

It is the Offeror’s responsibility to check the GSA ebuy website at: https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/ provided as necessary for any posted changes to the Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0083 for the SCBA Compressor and all amendments.

Solicitations (Quotes), samples, and any additional required documents must be submitted and uploaded into the GSA ebuy website on or before the closing date noted in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.
