Synopsis of United States Military Academy (USMA) India White- Poly Cotton Fabric

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office, West Point, NY on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY intends to issue a solicitation under solicitation number W911SD-23-R-0011 on or about 15 November 2022 for a requirement for India White- Poly Cotton Fabric which will be a Base plus 4 years- each year requires 15,000 yards of India White- Poly Cotton Fabric.

This requirement will be a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 313210 Broadwoven Fabric Mills. The small business size determination will be 1000 employees. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Please note that samples shall be required and received by the closing date of the solicitation.

Sample submitted for evaluation shall be full fabric width, and between two and three (2 to 3) yards in length. Bid Samples are required to meet the cloth characteristics in the Purchase Description
