Description: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of all businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339113. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all qualified business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers to all the following specifications:
Requirement: The Hudson Valley VA Medical Center in Wappingers Falls, New York is currently seeking to replace seven (7) Haag-Streit Slit Lamps, seven (7) Haag-Streit Tonometers, five (5) Marco deluxe stands, and four (4) chairs for the Optometry CBOCs (Community Based Outpatient Clinics). The requirement is a brand name only and the vendor shall supply the following items along with installation:
1. Scope of Work:
a) Contractor is required to furnish and deliver following items below:
i) (7) Haag-Streit BM900 Slit Lamp - with LED Slit Illumination, - Basic Model
ii) (7) Haag-Streit R900 Tonometer w/ 2 Prisms (Soaking/Wiping Prism with Alcohol will VOID Warranty)
