The New York National Guard intends to issue a request for quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for Logistics Support Services for a period of one (1) year in support of the 103rd Rescue Squadron.



Solicitation issuing date will be on or about 8 August 2023 on the SAM.gov website with a due date of on or about 6 September 2023.



Principle NAICS is 541614 and size standard is $16.5 million. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business.



There are incumbent contractor employees currently working in these positions



In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.



Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.



The solicitation will close at 5:00PM EST on 11 September 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
