The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain an emergency Siemens Panel Upgrade and intends on making award to Siemens Industry, Inc.
Period of performance: Emergency request to begin immediately upon award.
Basic description of the requirement: The scope of this requirement is to remove and replace the existing SCU/MBC enclosure, wiring, sensors, and actuators and replace them with a PXC-Modular Controller. A new interface for the server would then be created. Work is to include all the electrical work, hardware installation, programming, graphical interface, database creation, commissioning, training, and system startup.
