The firm must operate under an “investor-pay model” (i.e., a “conflict of interest free” model) where independent research for investors is the principal product.

The reports must cover:

• debt and equity markets, including analysis of underlying macroeconomic trends

• multiple regions (e.g., US, Europe, Asia, etc.),

• major sectors (financial, healthcare, services, etc.), and

• major companies representing the widely-traded industries within the sectors.
