The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified contractors to renovate office space on the first floor of City Hall at 515 North Avenue in New Rochelle, New York. Scope of work consists of general construction, demolition, electrical and plumbing as detailed herein. Awarded contractor to remove and properly dispose of debris, work area must be left broom clean.

The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
